Job Description	We are looking for research scientists/project managers to lead the research and development (R&D) group focused on natural colors, including but not limited to natural pigment new product development, pigments extraction service, pigments analysis service, and color customization service. To successfully provide high-quality natural color products and related services to our customers, candidates are expected to have work experience in biology research or botanical studies.
Responsibilities	Design and operate natural color research to fulfill the needs of our clients with support from the research team. Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection, and data analysis complying with all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards. Ensure timely delivery of the results requested by our clients without compromising quality.
Qualifications	Ph.D. in biology or botany is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in biology research or botanical studies. Proficiency in biology research or botanical studies bio-technologies, especially in the area of compound extraction, compound analysis and identification. Experienced in the use of specialized laboratory equipment, and capable of planning, performing and troubleshooting scientific experiments. Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
